Yep rudeness at Cheshire Oaks, two women shouting at each other over trolleys. Yes we all want half price toys but we are also adults

Got all the Hello Kitty stuff i was after shame there where no power rangers though
  • Anyone local to Prestwick - its 8am it opens isnt it? I was in yesterday and it looked like they had put out a lot more toys.

All very quiet and civilised at the new Newport store in s.Wales. Husband just got back and managed to get everything on our list. They had a good selection of toys too with two extra aisles added. We got

    Connect 4
    frustration
    guess who
    flight control tardis
    2 Dr who figures
    2 Disney rapunzel figures
    2 toy story jessie dolls
    4 zhu zhu hamsters
    rapunzel pascal toy
    2 octonauts figures
    Octonauts vehicle set
sainsburys own make up/ hair head

all for just under £108!! well worth an early morning
  • Other half went to Fosse Park at 7.05 and apparently it was a total bun fight. He's got NOTHING for our kids just a couple of bits and bobs for friends' kids. Lego sets and sylvanians cleared out and people almost coming to blows. Apparently it's like the locusts went through. I don't know if they are going to re-stock anytime soon, but it sounds like carnage. My DS soooo wants the ewok lego set *sigh*

hahahahaha om gosh do i wana go to my local? :/ did u get what u wanted?

Yeah I would go along and see - people at least were not being rude and there was no fighting as far as I could see :) Aisles were just rammed with people's trollies, so difficult to move through (even without a trolley!). I got a few bits, but didn't have a massive list to be honest as have already got stuff for little one.
