Its a 40 mile round trip but least I get to see what else they have while I'm there think I'm going to tackle it monday morning when the oldest has gone back to school don't think I can face the mayhem at the weekend!!
It's a shame your store is so far. I take it for granted that there are 3 big stores and 2 medium(ish) stores ones within a 15 min drive of me. Hope you manage to get some good stuff next week.
Just went back to my local this morning (when it opened) hoping for a complete restock but I was disappointed as still a lot of empty shelves. They had lots of ninja & star wars lego and lots of barbie/girlie things. But no Disney Cars still. Did manage to get a Fireman Sam vehicle and Octonauts set. I must resist going back every day and I must resist touring the Sainsburys in the area!!0 -
Just been back into Peterborough Bretton and the shelves are full, apart from Lego!!0

Congrats. on finding LEGO - there was none today at my local (or if there was, it had been scooped and scalped by ebayers). I did pick-up a few other bits, but I will not bother with Sainsbury's again. If only Sainsbury's would enforce a limit of 5-6 of the same item per customer across all their stores.0

I went to The Kennedy Centre one in Belfast, spent £220! but had just had a really bad meeting and needed some retail therapy so now in the cold light of day I think a lot of it is going back. Some of the items aren't much cheeper than Tesco even at half price so think I'll save my money until nearer Xmas.
Only went in for Star Wars lego for DS and came out with eveything but it! Got outher lego sets, Pirates of the Carribean (only had 2 sets + only 1 of each), the alien ones, lego city, also got bakugan and hugh rc monster trucks.
Girls said that a big delivery was coming in last night and put out ready for today but haven't ventured that far yet as moving house in a week so trying to pack up as much as I can.SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D

I dont think I will be making a special trip down there today then, not that OH would probably letme anyway as I am buying for my family to give to our boys as I have finished shopping for them and he is worried that every time I go down there I will see something that I like so much that I will want to give to them despite us being finished.Competition wins - 09/03 - £500 ELC Vouchers 11/04 - Lush Goodies 21/04 - Gillette Fusion Gift Pack 22/05 - Mirrors DVD 29/05 - Return Flights to London & £500 29/05 - £50 Homebase Gift Vouchers 20/09 - Remote Control Helicopter 28/09 - £225 Bingo Win 05/10 £25 Photobox Vouchers 16/09 £90 Cash 30/11 £29 Cash 03/01 £20 03/04 Fifa Football :T0 -

My store had signs up saying max of 6 of each item per person. I didn't see lots of the same thing in trolleys, just people with two trolleys full!DD1 born 3/4/2011:happyhear

And I'm really a Unicorn called Jeoff
I'll just end up buying the 2-3 LEGO sets when they're on sale, either at amazon, argos, or Toys R Us. Sure, it might not be on budget, but I don't fancy telling my nephews that Father Christmas forgot them this year (because he let all the scalpers into his workshop).0 -

To be fair, the stuff I've bought my lad for christmas, Sainsburys don't stock and Amazons prices are excellent, I've only picked up a few bits for him I knew I could get in there.0 -
