I got my offer letter on 16th sept, but as yet still waiting to get the money. i've emailed and called them on numerous occasions and keep hitting my head on a brick wall. has anyone who got their letter on the same date had their money back? also been told that i will be getting a cheque but it seems a few people on here have had BACS payments? it's getting beyond a joke now - their customer services dept are useless

anyone with any other advise can you please comment?? :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Ive had some info from Sam.t on here ive got a letter dated 12.8.11 and still no more further, and ive even sent emails too

SAM advised she had a £50 chq for the cost of time and calls it has taken her, so i took her advise and called them first of all they offered £30 then they uped it to £50 and ive been advised a chq will be on its way......funny how quick that can be issued but not refund

also try a freephone number when u get to automated voice DO NOT MAKE A CHOICE- u will then go through to a call centre then ask to be transfered to the PPI customer relation department

Pompey, I kicked off at start of last month, as while this claim going on, I am not able to settle and close my loan with them  so I demanded to speak to a manager who after a lot of tooing and frowing agreed tp pay half my loan instalment amount for September. I got a cheque for £83 sent to me :)
As they have STILL not pulled their fingers out their backsides and paid me I kicked off at another manager last week as another instalment was due today.....after another bout of arguing, she authorised me an additional cheque for £50 towards this months instalment (October)!!!!!
Will be kicking off again next month if I have to make yet another loan payment, and will be demanding another cheque.

Will try emailing CEO now as just want this money paid, allowing me to pay off loan which would mean I would be £163 a month better off :j

    Hiya Pompey

I'm so pleased you got something out of them, but it astounded me the speed they can send that cheque but not our refunds.

Hope we're not waiting much longer now.Sam:)

I sent an email on Thursday. Threatened watchdog and closing my 3 accounts, didn't get a reply but have been paid half today, the rest went on my existing loan account. They didn't give me any extra interest tho as it was only calculated up to 30.8.11 so ill be ringing about that tomoz seeing as it only went into my account on the 17th Oct. My calculations letter was dated 3 Aug.
