I bought a Full Boiler Service With CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for £38 from Zest Property Solutions via Group at the beginning of December and nearly 3 months later I'm still waiting.

I've tried to contact the company many times and all I've got is an automatic response email saying:
"CUSTOMERS FOR BOILER SERVICE/GAS SAFETY CHECK ARE KINDLY ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL WE CONTACT YOU"

I think if a company is not able to cope with the workload, should not start these kind of promotions.

3 months (and still waiting...) is not reasonable.

Groupon itself should do some minimal checks before getting a company like Zest on board.

If only I'd checked before booking with these cowboys (Zest Property Services). Managed to get some money back (or at least it's pending through Groupon) but they still owe £57 and have not returned calls or emails. Really dodgy company and Groupon should remove all references to them from their website. They haven't though.

a number of gas safe people advertise a service for around £35 in our local paper,british gas also do it for free if you have a service plan with them
