modoman2 I can understand your frustration. I used to be a Thomson travel shop manager and I think you should push this issue a little further. With travel companies they tend to look after the people who shout the loundest. I think it is worth writing a letter explaining that you are a regular customer and push the topic of customer service etc, send it to the customer service department. Also put in the letter the Thomson slogan at the moment about net prices now available in their shops, not cheaper prices in their shops. Maybe worth stating that you might consider talking the matter over with trading standards. I have'nt got anything againist Thomson and they are quite fair. Not saying you will get the money back but worth a try.0
