Thanks thats more that LloydsTSB have told me!!! They told me the only thing holding my chq up was the loan restucture but that was down a week ago, when I just rung I was fobbed off with being told there is NO timescale to when refunds will be sent out!! Its a complete farce E-mail gone off to Andrea Barry, customer care and CEO Ive told them Im going to BBC Watchdog now :mad:

Have you had your refund yet? I was waiting for my existing loan to be restructured. Got my interest paid into bank this morning via BACS and the premiums are paid direct to the loan centre who restructure the loan and THEY refund those premiums back into your account.
If your loan has already been done then you should already have been paid the interest +8%!!
