I can't remember whether I said I was in again this week, still slow progress but getting there - been completing bits - i know not the entire point but it is far better than the nothing which is where I was at before. Just back from OH's (foolish boy wants me to help him clean his place once the building work has finished!)
so decluttering a cuppa and then HHC at 9am otherwise i won't get anything done today,

Im a bit late but im in too Iamsalt... got lots to get on with.

Sold my washing machine and they are coming to pick it up today so doing my bedding and all quckily before they come

Ive told them its faulty and they are happy to buy a new spring themselves

Thanks for the good luck wishes for DS3. He came second. I thought this was great but he was not happy at all as he was beaten by the boy he beat last week. They are in the same class at school and DS3 is a sore looser - the teacher has been given the heads up.

Hair cut this morning so I'll make a start on my dailies until the hairdresser arrives.

Morning all
After my 1.15 HHC yesterday OH appeared in for his break so I got him to take me to Iceland and Tesco cause I was old mother hubbard again. Came in couldn't get near a computer (school hols), stuck the shopping past, tidied round and then had a coffee out the back while chatting to my NN. DS2 came running out MUMMMMMMMMMMM DS1 has fallen through the bathroom door. :eek: So I spent until midnight at hospital with him. He had slipped on his crutches (he's in stookie after breaking his ankle) and fell backwards through the glass door. He needs to go to theatre later on for a cut to the groin and he's coverd in smaller cuts and scratches. Flying will be at a minimum today and I'l post when I can Off to phone hospital again to see if the Dr has been round yet.

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out one cupboard
Clean the oven and hob..

Extras

1. Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Drag out a large appliance or 2 and clean behind and under it
4. Dust and Deweb

Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs
Level One
Declutter the floors
Vacuum said decluttered floors!
Level Two
declutter and dust the mantle putting back only what should be there
Wipe the sofas if needed
Wipe and water plants, dust and deweb
Level Three
Wash any soft furnishings that are in need
Clear and wipe window sills, and any electricals and picture frames etc
Empty and clear out a cupboard..

3. Wipe the paintwork and bannisters
4. Wash any windows that have been neglected

Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom
Level One
Declutter the floors
Strip the bedding get it washed dried and the bed remade!
Level Two
vacuum the floors
Straighten a cupboard of clothing
Empty all the bins upstairs
Level Three
Tidy a box of 'stuff'
Tidy up the floordrobe, inc. shoes bags and toiletries.
dust and deweb
Extras

1. HHI
2. Wash windows
3. Binbag dance
4. Check doors and windows for draughts and make a plan of action for dealing with them

Thursday ~ Childrens pits, spare or neglected rooms!
Level One
Strip , wash and replace bedding
Declutter and vacuum the floor
Level Two
Sort through a cupboard.. any cupboard, could even be a kitchen one!
Drag out and sort all the gibble from under the bed!
Straighten the toy boxes and shelves
Level Three
Wash any soft furnishings that need it.. or the duvet!
Dust and deweb
Wipe sticky grotmarks from the walls, doors and paintwork

Extras

1. Binbag dance
2. HHI
3. List 1 item to sell
4. sort the shoes, coats and bags!

Extra Extras
Empty caravan and put all past in right home
Massive HHI
Bring DS2's chest of drawers out of DS1's room and put in his room.
Nag OH to paint and put new light up in our room.

FFP - poor you hope all is ok with DS1

In my HHC I -
folded and put away towels from washing yesterday
Reloaded WM - another sunny day so trying to make sure its all done before the weather changes
Put away the clean washing up (oneday i will have a DW!)
vacuumed LR
cleared floordrobe
opened lots of windows to air the house,

Well done xxJoxx you got loads done

Hugs FFP - of the dodgy variety, but still a hug... :grouphug: Hope everything is ok.

WM shuffled, Council tax and water called.... got some good news from them as they have issued a rebate cheque I like those.

Anyway, back to the kitchen x

Good Morning All

FFP - healing wishes sent for your DS - hope he is feeling better this morning. You must be feeling shocked - accidents happen so quickly.

I admit that I am struggling with sitting still as I dont feel ill. My knee has obviously filled up with fluid again but because it has been super glued there is no escape! I think I will have to bug the GP again as the swelling is now over the knee and extending up my thigh and down my shin.

I think I will just unpack some boxes but very slowly with rests in between rather than going for the full lists. Right off to put kettle on then will unpack some books from the current box.
