Told oh when he came in and he immediatly went.to.the.supermarket and got.a clear blue one, I pee'd on it and it took about 2 mins but has a big cross on it saying pg  I am really chuffed but don't want to get too excited in case it is wrong, so after this long post my question is are they really as reliable.as they say? Sorry about the lack of punctuation, am on my phone.
There's a hormone that your body ONLY produces when you are pregnant, and it's this the test picks up on, so it's unlikely to be wrong if it's showing positive.

Congrats. If it's any help, we'd been trying (only just!) and felt sick, so did one more as a laugh, really.
It took another three-four tests to convince me fully! They were on offer at the time, thankfully.0 -
Well I went to the doctors today, she didn't need to do a test as she said the same as everyone else, they are so accurate these days they don't need to. I have a midwife appointment on the 10th november closest they could get! Still feels strange though, don't feel pregnant at all, I don't think I will until my scan.0
