Short term broadband

I've got a horrible feeling there's no solution to this problem.

I've just moved into a flat I really love but I really need the internet for work but, although there's a BT line, there is no existing landline connection and I am only going to be there for six months.

Is there anyway I can broadband for just this amount of time when there is no phoneline currently connected????

I'd be grateful for all suggestions.

Is there any Wireless Broadband in your area? You may be able to pick up a Wireless Hotspot near you that you could use?

Alternative is to find a neigbour who has broadband and offer to pay half if you can share their connection using a wireless Router.
