Comodo Not Shutting Down Properly

Comodo works fine no speed issues when browsing etc - it just won't shut down

Yes it is getting bloated, but it's still a good free AV. It could be that AVG is conflicting with Comodo in some way that is causing the issue. The only way to find out is to uninstall AVG and see.

I have XP with Comodo and Avast and have had no issues.

anything that loads up at startup, uses ram and processor, sits between the machine and the net is going to have an impact on performance - uninstalling and reinstalling it might cure the problem and let you compare the difference in speed.

avast would be my choice.
