Just tried it this morning after the school run at my local Tesco Express. It's not working. I put through 2 risotto's and 2 galaxy's and it is taking off the correct amounts now
It all came to £4. I had to pretend I'd left my purse indoors!0 -
ME too, £40

What happens if you buy something that effectively pays you to take it away, but you don't buy any other items to 'absorb' the extra? Will it still go through a self service till?A Bag A Month Challenge member0

If you go to SS till, it wont let you pay for them, as it is giving you credit, then the assistant will find out the error and will not let you have the rice, and also alert other staff.:mad:0

No - don't do it - you need a positive (or zero) balance to complete the transaction.0
