Hello does anyone have a freephone direct number to ntl retentions?
I'm still in a queue, I've been waiting over half an hour, so even at 5p a minute, this phone call has already cost me £1.50! I'm going to hang up in a minute. What a waste of £1.50

Thank you for your replies. Sorry, I should have read the stickys first, I was just in a stress, and on the phone, and typing with the phone in one hand!
By the way.... I gave up after 40 minutes in a queue. It put me in a bad mood all day that I wasted so much time and money on the phone and didn't even speak to anyone.
