    Yup, still hopping, and the occasional slide in the kitchen, but at least I'm getting in there now and hindering OH when he's doing tea:D, pork chop's with mashed swede and spud's.

    Evening all - Mam had a quiet, calm morning but shouting this afternoon and her door was closed when I got there. She settled quickly though and enjoyed her dinner and pud, and was calm when I left her. She didn't choke on her juice today - well, only once, but not badly

    It is cold and windy here today, with everything rattling around outside

I have eaten 3 cornetto's and 2 bags of white chocolate buttons this evening .......... but AFTER I got weighed ;);)I lost 2 1/2 lbs this week so was well pleased with that :j :j Need to lose at least 1 1/2 next Monday to get rid of the 4 I gained last Monday though, so need to be good this week too
