Susan I am so sorry to hear of Alan's passing, I only found out today when Fudge Too posted on facebook about donations in Alan's memory as I haven't been on the forum lately.

There is probably nothing I can say, but for you to be there, to hold Alan as he took his last breath, is indicative of the life you two had together, special and beautiful, my sincerest condolences to you and hoping you find strength and comfort in your memories of him xxxx

    Morning Susan,

Great to hear your Sis will be here later with you. You certainly had a productive day yesterday with all the phone calls, getting all that out of the way in one go like that is a good thing though as it does give a huge sense of achievement. It is also nice that these organisations and government depts can be so efficient at these times.

Love the hats, and the pictures shine with what a lovely man Alan was, the punters must have loved all the effort he put into them.

Have to go (have fat club this morning :D and I haven't been for 3 weeks) then at work til 7pm so will catch up later. Thinking of you and sending virtual hugs whenever I can.

Mandy and Nick, very special thoughts and prayers for both of you , hope Nick is as pain free as possible and that you have some support to help. Squishy hugs.

In awe Susan as usual that you got so much done yesterday.
That must be a big weight off your mind.
That was great that the phone call to the DLA peeps was so productive.
    Keep going xxx

No No No - it is important to you. In your life. It is bad that you feel rubbish. Wish I could make it better :(

Thanks Ange .... will be good for her, and you, to have another doggie. Hope one finds you soon ;)

    Ooooo a Fudge-Cake round up on my diary :j :j :j :j

Thanks Hun:A:A...I was just for feeling sorry for myself and I feel much better today which is probably due to the meds the doc gave me to [STRIKE]knock me out[/STRIKE] sleep. I am determined that work stress will not affect like it has done in the past.

Hope you have had a good day today and avoided all this rain and thunderstorms.

I know you will be all consumed by thoughts of friday but try to make sure you make time to shop for some nice treats for your holiday next week.

So sorry to hear that Alan lost his fight but glad that the end was peaceful and with you by his side.

There have been so many wonderful tributes to him and you on here, I can only applaud those that are better with words than me.

The humanist funeral sounds a wonderful and fitting tribute and it all sounds just perfect.

I know there are a million and one things to do at times like this but try to take time for yourself too.

Sending hugs to Mandy and Nick and of course to you too 3Dogs (((((())))))

Mandy I`m so saddened to hear your news...your Nick was a fighter and you had that very special extra time together to cherish. Words seem inadequate at a time like this but my thoughts are with you and your family. (((HUGS)))

Take it one day at a time and we are here if you just need to rant , cry or just need someone to talk to.
