Hi 3dogs and all. Was a pleasure coming up to support you both and to see Alan's face respond with his smiles when he saw us enter his room was marvellous. We are only too happy to help you and Alan in this time of need, well in actual fact at anytime not just when u need it!

At least Alan is generally very relaxed, although in and out of sleep alot, we know he isnt suffering thru any pain and the staff at the hospital are so kind and considerate.

We hope we can get back up shortly, after all we do have a house to decorate! lol

We are so glad that many friends on here are with you in mind as they cant physically be in body, i think that counts for alot and shows the kind of people that both you and Alan are.

Our thoughts are with you as well as our love,

    Andy, Steve and Kit xxx

Thanks for the update, Susan. Glad that Alan enjoyed the HD ice cream - expensive taste for an MSEr!! But as L'oreal say - He's worth it. Hugs to you both. Take care of yourself as well. xxxx

On the first day Alan was concerned about Susan and not himself. Typical of both of them. They are starting to get an idea now of how much we all think of them. I remember the times when i thought I was at the end of my tether and they were always there for me and us with no thought for the time and effort they put in. The unsurprising thing is that everyone else on here feels it too- you know when people are truly kind. My mum says God sends angels down to protect us when we think we can't cope. Susan is an angel. We were meant to meet. Susan is our family and Alan knows that she is loved by all of us. So many people are praying and thinking of them. Alan truly appreciated everything all of you friends are doing on here to help and lookout for Susan. I was truly humbled by his stoicism and bravery. He was not at all worried about himself or his own discomfort and he beamed as he smiled as he knows Susan is in safe hands.

We love you petal you are our family. PS George sends his love and prayers to you he is going to write. See ya soon my darling. Hugs and snogs, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Ps and a cake or two

'High Definition' icecream. Mmmmm. Is it more luxurious than normal icecream ?.

Pity you guys can't get 'BBC radio for the East' (that's Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Beds, Northants, Cambs and BBC 3 Counties) otherwise I would get Nick Risby to play a request.
