Dogs next door were OK - though it is hard work getting Bruce to eat, and I have to drag/lift him outside and back to do his wee/poo. Still wondering when the neighbour will get back though as he's been away a week now

Alan not good today - he was getting ready to take the dogs out but I said no way in this wind. It's blowing a gale out there, so I took them for a shorter walk and that was hard enough

Wasn't planning on going out today but Linda asked me to get her some things from the shops, so will be going out there soon

Might Linda be able to investigate on line shopping & delivery?

She only wants a few bits - ciggies, bread, smelly refills - and doesn't have a computer or know how to use one. She is looking at getting a laptop soon so she can do this, but I will have to teach her how to use it  :D

  • Sure you all keep a damn close eye on your pennies (or lack thereof) in your accounts but just a warning that I know a lot of folk that are getting fraud at the moment the count is up to 4 in the last month, including me, though I didn't get a badly hit as some!

Ok, now I have done my mother hen bit I have a question, does anyone get DLA payment or have tried applying, got the form but it like war and peace and not sure if I have much chance of actually getting any. Considering if it is worth the effort of filling it in??

    Hope everyone is good........

I get DLA but it has been years since I had to fill out the form (I should apply for the care component but scared of losing what I have already!)

unfortunatly you do have to think about that, why dont you get advice from your local CAB to see what they think?

Dragon, NorthernKatie, worth applying but there are things you need to be aware of especially with all the changes in april.

I sent 3Dogs a link a while ago which is useful, will see if I can find it and will pm you both later. or maybe tomorrow.
