    3Dogs, just an idea, but have you got a support cushion? It's a wedge shape with a bit cut out of the back, reason I mention it is because it help's OH when his back is playing up and he has trouble sitting comftable.

    Alan decided that he should try to move about a bit more so would come to Tossco with me at tea-time. What a mistake, he was in agony walking round with the trolley and sounded drunk most of the time, with his meds :eek: Managed to get what I wanted and back home as quick as we could and he then went straight to bed after more meds :(

    Just about to see if he is going to get up now for some dinner - slow-cooker steak & kidney with veg and herby dumplings :D
