    Alan had been up early to have his breakfast and meds and opened the back door for them, so they could go out themselves ;);)

    Alan's just the same - in pain and mostly sleeping, though he has managed to sit up quite a while tonight watching footie on telly

    Hello Bonnie lass,
    Sorry to hear Alan is still feeling the same but lets hope the dr can hurry things through for him to get to the bottom of the pain.
