When I went out to post my cards, I had to go into main PO in town to catch the post, so called at Mr T on my way back, of course, and hit them putting loads of stuff in the whoopsie cabinet:

    For Us:

Large pack of smoked salmon was about £6 now £1.50
2 packs of Stewing Beef for 58p
2 packs of Prawns for 46p each
1 pack of Prawns for 61p
    2 x large packs of Value Rump Steak for £1.08 & £1.42
2 packs of Finest Lean Beef Strips for 80p
Deli Honey Roast Ham for 78p
    Prepacked Roast Ham for 50p
Finest Smoked Haddock Risotto for £1.38
1 pack of Finest Diced Beef for 88p
Large pack of Casserole Steak for £1.50
2 packs of Mini Cheese & Ham Bites for 32p each
400 gms Lighter Cheddar for 86p
400 gms Lighter Cheddar for £1.03

Pack of 2 New York Cheesecakes for 52p

    For doggies:
    Lambs Kidneys for 34p
    Lambs Hearts for 55p
    Lambs Liver for 31p
    Lambs Liver for 34p

Just got to make some room in the freezer tomorrow to pack them away. Luckily all the use by dates were 22nd December so no rush, and some are even 28th December which I couldn't understand ;)

Sooo glad I nipped out to post the cards :j :j

Mrs P. found the book of 100 stamps I bought the day before the price went up. Each one I use saves me a few pence.
I have noticed a lot of charaties and businesses selling unfranked stamps on ebay. They steam them off the envelopes and sell them at quite a lot cheaper than Royal mail.

My OH will be glad when I'm able to drive again, and I'll be glad to be able to go to home town and get fruit off the market again, it's sooo expensive in the supermarket.
p.s. Have you seen the printable Old Style Calander for next year, I'v got to change the ink in my printer and do 3 for my family

Slowly getting there, 3 Dogs, I'm seeing the Doctor tomorrow, but it's my doctor's, not the hospital doc, have to be very carefull as the doc at hospital said I can't drive till I can do an emergency stop with out damaging the tendon again, but at least I'm walking easer.

That's what the surgeon told Linda a few months after her first op when she asked when she could drive again ;) Glad it's improving well for you petal
