Designafriend Argos £19.97 Cant recommend quality enough!

Lasy year my youngest wanted peppa pig everything and i wasnt impressed with the cheap plastic for the price paid, like alot of toys out there. Thats why i thought i should shout about the designafriend range.
The £10 should come off when add all 3
1 x doll
1x outfit
1x accessory eg glasses,pjs etc
This offer is in the christmas brochure, so not a glitch.

The doll has the usual hard arms and legs(which are moveable so can sit,hold bag etc), the body is bean filled which gives a nice weight to the doll, hair as said before is lovely quality(i got blonde one and brown haired dolls) and each item comes in a pink boutique style box with tissue paper. Each box comes in a brown cardboard sleeve to sort of hide the pink present from child(top and bottom open though so pink on show).

Can i also add i was gobsmacked that the tights(think in underwear set) actualy had elastic and were thick! I was expecting a piece of thin fabric cut to look like tights with no give but was actually a realy thick stretchy fabric. If anyone has bought a babyborn you will be used to thin cheap material. This range uses realy good material. Love the velvet dress. Shoes are just the cutest! Oh is this for my girls or for me?:rotfl:

Any questions just ask. Any comments on what you thought of item when picked up would be great for other MSE members. I would guess some outfits are better than others or better than picture in book.

Ahhhh, it's on the page with the dolls, the offer is very strange and has both 29 and 19 £'s on it.

Just worked for me. There is an offer showing on the doll page and when you select the three items, doll, outfit and accessory the offer kicks in. Have ordered for collection tomorrow.

It deducts it when you put all 3 in basket & go to basket, i just checked it still works

It didn't work for me the first 3 times, I think it has pages where it doesn't work.
You have to go through it via the dolls page, not the main design a friend page.

DONT stress people. It does go through at £19.97. On final page it will show reservation at £19.97, even if page before says £29. As i said its on christmas book at £19.97 so not a glitch. Its a nation wide offer.:o

Dont know why its not going through for some people. This is what i done:
Go to argos and type in designafriend. You will be taken to main page of designafriend.
Then clicked on what i wanted.
Reserved.
Collected.
Happy:o

For people who cant get offer to go through, i didnt realise you could click on the pink area where it says design your friend now. That shows up at £29.97. I didnt click there but scrolled down on white page and selected. maybe argos haven't updated that pink design your friend now section. Wouldnt worry though as staff in argos will know of offer.
