Phones coming out of my bottom !!!

Hello there

where do i start !!!????

i have had contract mobiles for as long as i can remember and have always paid my bills on time , no probs .

i decided to get a new phone on a new contract , i was off work sick at the time so looked on the internet , i went to onestop phone shop and other searching for the right phone .

i placed an order for one and another for another and in the end i had 3 phones coming out to me . my idea was to check them out before i commited to the contract and then send the others back under the distance selling act and my 7 day returnes guarantee [as i was ill i couldnt go to the shops to view them]

a few days went by and i sent the phones i didnt want back , i then recived 2 phones back saying i was out of the 7 day cooling off period !!!!!!!! aparently they have to have the phones back before or on the 7th day !

so im now stuck with 3 phones paying £40 each !!!

a few days later i recieved another phone through the post !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was from CPW onlline . i had asked for a phone and they said it was discontinued so i couldnt have it . now they sent the damn phone i am now stuck with 4 phones !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there anything i can do ???????? im desperate and depressed , no one will take them back .

Hi the only thing I see here is:
1.either sell them on Ebay and trying and get some money towards your line rental
2. Downgrade to the lowest tarrif possible
3. If you are on a cashback plan with OSPS then check with them before you downgrade to a lower tarrif as it may lead to your claims being invalid.
4. the CPW phone, you can call them and say that since they didnt have the stock when u required a phone, you've now manage to get a phone elsewhere and you don't need theirs anymore.

Well if the CPW cancelled your order saying its discontunied and then simply sent you one when it was in stock, then that is of course unlawful and therefore you are not bound to the contract. Unless they said to you its not in stock at the moment and we will send it to you when it does come in.
