Just took out an O2 contract, my first bill has been made but Im damned if I can find an actual printable bill on their website. I can see a bill summary, and being able to print that summary, but its not in the form of a bill as you would normally receive. Do they not have this feature? If they don't I would not be impressed!

anyone? Someone must know the answer to this!?
  • If you click on the bill summary where it tells you the total at the bottom, you can usually click on the highlighted words to the left of this. Then it will bring a 'drop down' menu with your mobile number on. Click on your mobile number and it will give you an itemised phone bill.

  • I've always been sent a bill through the post with O2 online contracts - about a week or so after the email telling you how much it's going to be.

If you signed up for O2 online tariffs, then you will not get a physicall bill. Only itemisation and bill on line.

I know that they send paper bills but I would also like to be able to access the same paper bill online as you can do with orange and 3. It helps with claiming cashback.

Stacey21, by doing that are you able to print off a bill that looks just like the paper bill you receive? At the moment Im getting an error, when I try that.
  • Hi Shareef, Im not sure as ive never printed them - is there any reason you have to do this? It stays online for ages - ive had a contract for 4 years and all my prevous ones are there. Also the itemised bill online would take me 10-15 pages to print out!

Because I am going abroad and need to be able to print them off. Stacey21 thanks for replying. So when you view the itemised bill, does it look like the paper bill you receive?

o2 direct don't have the bill printing option available like Orange online where your able to download and print a pdf of your whole itemised bill.

I did once print off a summary of my bill and itemised usage from o2's website and send it in to Mobileshop.com last year for my cashback claim which went through ok, though they might have different terms and conditions now depending on when you purchased your phone.

Unfortunately not - I have had Orange and Three contracts and the online bill is a pdf, therefore looking almost identical to the paper bill received through the post (and when I was being tight and not paying for itemised billing on Orange OVP Vodafone 200, the online pdf was the full itemised bill, therefore free!).

You can print off a summary bill and can get the itemised if you want by following through i.e. click on Calls or Texts. I would outline the steps but apparently it is offline until Tuesday.

Thanks, damn, that is not what I wanted to hear. Ahwell, Il see if mobileshop will honour O2's dodgy bill summary instead!
