direct phoneshop, any good?

Any one have any opions on direct phoneshop, are they ok to deal with ie cashbacks etc? (https://www.directphoneshop.co.uk)

Hi just wondering if anyone has had any experiance dealing and recieving cashbacks etc.with https://www.directphoneshop.co.uk are they reliable? and are rainbow mobiles also ok?

These guys are part of the MSols empire.

They claim to have been in business for a while but their online presence has only been around for approx 18 months.

Their payment record isn't good, with many having to resort to legal threats and actual submission of small claims actions to receive their cash.

As if that's not enough, it seems that they have outsourced all their telecoms functionality to an Indian call center operation. Lovely though Indian people are, we all known how ineffective Indian call centers have historically been at both understanding the UK customer's problems and dealing appropriately with their complaints.

There's plenty of anecdotal information about MSols companies such as Mobile Rainbow, 3 Mobile Shop, Orange Mobile Shop on this forum...very little of it is good.
