    @Brettcta - I have a Washburn XB-100 in a nice sunburst red/gold colour. I've put some rainbow coloured stars down the neck because that's how I roll :P

    can't say i approve of coloured stars, but to each their own

    Allow yourself to keep a few sentimental things, just prioritise what you keep! And hey, as your life will be simplified and decluttered, maybe you can make time to pick it up again.

    Actually, have you considered getting rid of the telly? TV mops up hours of life when you could be doing more useful things, like playing bass for £50 in a local wedding band, or doing an evening a couple of times a week working at your local pub (staying social and earning a few notes). TV is just about the biggest waste of life most of the time!!
