Yeah TSOhosts seems reliable gonna ask them more about limits they have.
Donhost is just webfusion reseller so its cheaper to buy from webfusion.
Found some ultimatewebhosting based in london, maybe anyone tried?

    Hi guys,
I need good shared hosting provider, which has server in UK.
    Plan spec:
From 2gb space, unlimited traffic, un emails, un databases, un addon domains, and 2-3 parked domains, but can be unlimited.
    Cpanel preferably.
Performance: php memory limit from 64mb.
    Price as cheap as possible.
You're not looking for a good host then if you want either (a) anything "unlimited" or (b) as cheap as possible

Unlimited does not exist and is "achieved" by overselling on the hope that people don't use it. The theory is ok but people who want a good service and run businesses etc realise low cost over subscribed services are not good and you are much better off paying for what you need instead. These hosts therefore are flooded with poor sites eating massively over their needed share of resources and proxys that pump masses of data through snarling up servers.

Make your choice, you want something to mess about with or run a proxy then get an "unlimited" solution. You want a professional solution then pay for it and calculate your requirements beforehand.

Well you see I know that there is nothing unlimited.
But it helps to avoid any extra charges.
In UK there are only some serious hosting providers with datacenters.
But they offer strict rules and prices higher than you can get from reseller. Reseller usually gives better plans to attract customers.
So I get same service with more extras same price;)
Yes I check them all, so I know what limits are there.
I checked about 40 shared hosting providers in UK. Only 10 from them are worth consideration.
  • The costs of professional data centres are horribly high and exceptionally few hosts actually run their own. Most of the bigger ones still will only be buying a series of racks within an existing centre and just move their kit into it. They obviously then can do direct sales and/ or sell to resellers who can rebadge and resell again. This rebadging and reselling can happen a scary number of times and each time you are getting an ever smaller slice of the capabilities.

Whilst you can get a "better deal" the further down you are on the supply chain the less control there is both in the good times where you may find any one of the intermediary hosts suddenly hitting their limits and having traffic shaping applied or in the bad times where you may have to wait for the message to be passed between 4 or more companies before it actually gets to the ones that have authority to restart a server or send an engineer to the server etc.
