So you've gone from a bit of dye on your forehead, to looking like a gorilla and having your hair pulled out. You're going to need to be more definite if you want to take this further.0

"ripped clumps out of my hair" you sure your not over reacting a tad.
Yes im sure ...i saw another client watching the hairdresser with a shocked look on her face..and i just felt embarressed its not even like my hair is unmanageable..yes its long but its straight and was in good condition so it wouldnt take a genius to do the job. im not the sort of person who overreacts and makes mountains out of molehills im the type who tries to justify things, as in 'its not that bad' then thinking about it realising that it is and i should of said something. but like i said i have an anxeity disorder so i try to keep myself relaxed, and yes sometimes to the point of being a pushover. when i came home my partner said 'its discusting they let me leave looking like that'.i also had odd looks on the way home and didnt realise why until i got home and looked in the mirror.
Its not a case of me having something done and deciding i dont like it so try to get my money back, if id asked for a style / colour etc and not been happy with how it suited me etc then i wouldnt blame the hairdresser. its a case of unprofessional shabby work, from someone who had a headache and didnt want to be at work...
im glad i didnt ask for anything outrageuos god knows what would have happened.0 -

she had got it really knotted up as she had left the dye to dry on my hair whilst chatting to a workmate and then after 'rinsing' attempted to drag a pintail comb through from the crown of my head to the ends of my hair. and then again with a round bristle brush which she got stuck and tangled in my hair. i was actually fighting tears it was that painful and i have quite a high pain threshold....it may seem comical how im describing it but that is exactly how i was treated and believe me it was no laughing matter, a joke maybe0 -
