Connectivity To DNS server Failed?

Hi I've just connected a new router (Thompson TG585V8) with no problems. On checking 'Connectivity' at the Thompson Gateway Home Page it shows :

Internet
Enabled/OKConnectivity to Gateway (195.166.130.94)
Disabled/Not OKConnectivity to DNS Server 1 (212.159.6.9)
Disabled/Not OKConnectivity to DNS Server 2 (212.159.6.10)

With being able to connect to the internet OK, I thought there must be some connectivity to the DNS Server?
Would appreciate any help in how to correct this if possible

Thx

    Hi there,

As I said on our community forums, it's a reporting issue on the router and shouldn't interfere with the performance. One of our users has quoted one of the discussions regarding the problem here.

    Hope that helps.

Hi thx for your reply, so a 'reporting issue on all the 'Thompson' routers 'Plusnet are sending out'? so getting a replacement router wouldn't help?
