I thought this was amazing. O2 are offering the iphone 4S for free on a £36.00 contract to exisitng customers. Not only that but they pay 20% off if you still have some months left and you can upgrade early depending on your tier. I love my new phone! Only available until 31st October though

They make up the sales in volume and the extended contracts they force you to stick with. At any rate thanks for the heads up!

There are three versions of the 4S, I'm assuming the 'free' deal is for the 16Gb version only.

My contract was due to end December 26th this year, I went to O2 today and upgraded early, I had to pay £62 but I have a White 4S 16GB for free, and Im going to be paying £47pm for 18 months which is made up of £41 for 900 minutes and unlimited texts, and you now have to pay extra for data bundle which is £6 for 500mb of data a month.

CEX will give me £162 for my White 3GS 16gb so thats why I upgraded early and paid the £62 as I already pay £47pm on my previous contract.

I went for the 16gb as on my 3GS I only have 9gb worth of apps and music so I dont need anymore, but the guy who was in the queue behind me was getting the 64gb 4S as he has used all the space on his 32gb iphone 4!
