E2Save contract downgrade?

I'm quite confused about e2save, and the best ways to use the site to save etc, but I have a question regarding something i have seen on the site tonight.
There is a deal for a free x-box 360 with an LG phone, orange dolphin £35 for 18 months contract. Is it possible to take this contract out, and then a month later, downgrade the tariff to one that is a lot cheaper, but still keep the phone etc, or do they lock you into the price plan for the duration of the contract?
Also, do people even recommend them?

No they wont let you do it m8. You can change to higher line rental and back down again, but not below the priceplan you chose when you signed up.
Although you may be able to after 12 months.0
