Log in to your Paypal account and if its an echeque payment that has yet to clear it will have a little red flag next to it.
That's why I odn't believe this is an echeque as OP says a few posts backWhen I go to my Paypal account nothing is showing for this item.
I'm just worried that there is an issue but by waiting for the supposed echeque to clear OP is potentially going to have a problem with an irritated buyer.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Its one of 3 things.
eCheque as mentioned
Payment is on hold in Paypal until you post
Paypal is inspecting the payment, it could get reversed. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

The first port of call should always be th epaypal account - if it isn't there you haven't received payment. As above- even echeque payments would show but the balance would just not be included in the amount available for withdrawal.
Also in each of your suggestions OP would still have received an email from paypal.
I still think this might be a payment to the wrong account-I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
