On the other side Banned from nowhere Geneer, reinstated within a day from PPR, unhypocritically admits to being a bit of a troll on occasions, as many posters here clearly are. Understand how the forum team works. Has witnessed an increasing number of columbos posts deleted.

So I agree with all of that except the bit about you being reinstated within a day.
It was longer than that wasn't it.
Good job you didn't put anything down about your honesty.

    You are quite mistaken JB.
After I was banned, I was indeed reinstated within a 24 hour period.

On 12th october Columbo stalked me to another forum to gloat:
"you can't post on MSE now you've been banned a again"
he later stated that I was "banned a second time, probably permanently now". On 13th of october he located me again to state "Wow, how prophetic was that?".
At which point I responded "Not very". As I had been fully reinstated within a 24 hour period.

You may be mixing this up with an earlier PPR which lasted 2 weeks. In which case, all I would expect is an apology for you questioning my honestly.

Ah, indeed I was. I was totally unaware you had been PPRed a second time.
Sorry for having a dig about your honesty but you see your personality comes across as someone who is more than willing to be fast and loose with the truth just to "win" some valuable argument.
It really does appear as if nothing else matters.

:) Thats a long winded way of saying I was totally honest and you were ignorant of the truth.

2 weeks the first time. Just a day the 2nd time.

Maybe they gave him one last chance. ;)
If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.

Most would say that's a very accurate assessment JB.

    If you like.
Clearly this is another point that's very important for you to win.

You have a small problem though.
Your insistence on "winning" every point means no-one can tell when what you're saying is accurate or whether you're simply sticking to your guns as you can't bear the thought of backing down to one of "the enemy".

I am surprised that someone who proclaims their insight to all who would listen can't see that such a situation exists.

Compare and contrast that position with someone who is more than happy to say sorry, back down when shown to be wrong and view it as no big deal at all. How do you think they may be perceived by others?

I'd imagine 360° feedback at your place of work is a ten round affair with the "winner" decided by two falls or a submission? :D

    Yet another baseless assertion Rinoa.

By "most" you mean a handful of posters who have found themselves on the losing sides of various discussions.

I see some of the gang have popped in to thank Johnny Bravo's extended non-apology.

I'veSeenthelight - posts directed at me deleted recently.
Rinoa - posts directed at me deleted recently.
Renovationman - posts directed at me deleted previously.
Robmatic - stalks me across much of the forum interjecting witless one liners. Posts may well have been deleted - who would notice really.

Not the most credible group of "unbiased" individuals.

Why does he need to apologies. You didn't say it was the second PPR you were referring to, if you had then he would have been wrong - as you didn't he's right. :p (Added my thanks too - thanks for pointing it out).

I also didn't realise that geneer had been PPRd twice and simply remembered the week or so of peace we had on this board (after PPR #1) until he was reinstated. As far as the deletions of posts are concerned, the common denominator in all of this is geneer and it comes as no small surprise that any thread that he dominates ends up with mass deletions from the mods.

I do wonder when they will see sense again and realise the way to reduce their workload and prevent their time being wasted is to PPR geneer permanently. Three times a charm and all that.
