Take it back. It's not worth £400. It that how much you paid?
Long story but ended up paying 339 for it which I thought was ok. Do you think it is ok for that price or is the Fujitsu better? Hoping to negotiate a further discount because it doesn't have the Bluetooth but don't know how much it would cost to purchase one that will be suitable for the laptop.
It's really nothing special. £350 at PLAY
The Fujitsu has similar spec(inferior processor, but still ok) but does have Bluetooth. Was only £280 yesterday.
DABS also do a Trade-In if you have an old laptop.
Here are some pictures of the Fujitsu.0 -
If you decide to keep the ACER and TESCO offer you some cash back, use the cash on this Warranty Extension Program0

TBH I think I'll probably stick with the Acer but thanks TakeThis for your recommendation. I've also had the clubcard points on this. I did go through Quidco when I placed my original order but unfortunately it never tracked!
Still need some advice on which USB Bluetooth will be suitable for it.
Thank you0 -

Then at least purchase the warranty. It covers you for accidental damage and extends the normal warranty to 3 years.
The problem with the dongle recommended earlier, is that it probably won't work with Windows 7 64bit.
You'll need to purchase extra software in order to get it to work or simply buy a dongle that is certified to work with Windows 7 64bit.0 -

Not necessarily. Have you tested it with Windows 7 64bit?
Not all will work, though I guess £1 is not too much to risk. Purchase here0 -

I have a poundshop bluetooth dongle running on Windows 7 and it works fine with no addtional software. Funnily enough it's on a rubbish, useless Acer machine!
BTW my Acer has been fine for 2 years - glad you decided to keep it!0 -
