Getting compensation from AOL

I have been without AOL broadband for just over two weeks, BT finally turning up and fixing it today. Numerous phone calls to AOL member services to sort it out (probably 4 hours on the phone) plus waiting in for BT on top of the loss of service.
Anyone know how to claim compensation from AOL or anyone had success in getting compensation?
