Sorry :(

Hi everyone

Unfortunately, the powers that be have decided that I shouldn't be helping people on these forums, so have blocked my access to MSE.

Appologies in advance to anyone needing a hand with design, planning or general kitchen queries, but I wont be able to assist any more :(

I really hope someone else comes along and can help those in need.

Regards

Meeps

What was the reason given if you don't mind me asking Meepster?

It didn't seem to me as if you were pushing a particularly company (you know which one :D) so that is a shame.

I haven't had a reason, just a "you can't use it any more"

I think I've always tried to be impartial, no matter who I've worked for when I've been posting on here. I really could have pushed a certain company a lot more, but it's not why I'm here...

I thought you always managed to be impartial and yet helpful. Curious. Wonder who reported/complained about you? Have you fallen out with "the clique"? ;)

Heh no, not fallen out with anyone. :D

Thinking about it logically, maybe if I HAD been less impartial, trying to drum up extra sales, they would have let me continue lol

    That's unfortunate.

  • I don't recall having read any of your posts previously but judging by the one where you just decided to use your 'superior' knowledge to criticise my sincere post with no effort at all on your part to answer the OP's query then no loss there.

Well try reading all the ones where I have spent hours doing designs for other people, advising on who they should use for their kitchen or given advice with reagrds to appliances, sinks, taps, worktops etc etc.

I'm sorry that you don't like the fact you were wrong, but I can't help it. Wrong is wrong at the end of the day...

Wrong I don't mind. For all intents and purposes I was right.

What I don't like is petty, rude, pointscoring.

If you do have genuine trade knowledge that you use to help people then that's great and I hope you get to continue to get the opportunity. I just don't like the unpleasant way you chose to criticise someone without there being any actual benefit to the discussion.
