  • Hi.
I think I read somewhere that Subaru are offering a 7 day test drive with their Tribeca.
Be warned though, once you driven a Subaru, you won't want anything else!...Apart from a kit car and an MX-5...

i dont know of many dealerships that are prepared to do unaccompanied test drives, due to insurance restrictions - the only customers who may get a car for 24hrs, are ones who have their own vehicle (similar price range/model) in for servicing at the dealership, or have been customers for years. you might be luckier if you want a car on a weekday, but weekends are a no-go as most demonstators are being used, and tbh we know that most of these type of customers arent interested in buying, just using one of our cars to look good in front of friends/family, ie convertibles in the summer (ooh whos going to a wedding looking flash now!).

if we do decide to let a customer have an extended test drive, then we will get the customer to insure the car in their own name (usually puts most people off), or limit mileage to under 100 miles
