  • Really? I haven't had a response from my email yet:mad:

My sister has, and they said they've changed supplier, like you said, but that they still will send us something. Didn't say anything about re-ordering...?
  • I too purchased one of the body slimmer vouchers however I would like a refund. Are there any grounds on which I can request a refund?
I have gone onto the new supplier's website now however it does not look legit at all and the page I am supposed to enter my personal details on is in Spanish which I don't understand. I only know its Spanish as it makes some reference to the country's data protection laws or something at the bottom.
I don't feel comfortable using this site at all and certainly don't want to give them my bank account details. Is this a valid reason to use to request my money back?
    Kind Regards

  • I have also purchased this deal… I asked Groupon for a refund because I didn’t want to pay another P&P (for the new supplier ‘la promocion’ ). This is a copy of their e-mail response:

…‘As per the email below, Body-Slimmer are working through reimbursing all of our customers for the P&P charges they have paid. This will be a lengthy process, so please bear with us while the partner resolves this issue….
…I have now cancelled your Groupons for La Promocion and refunded the amount of £20 back to your method of payment. Our partner has already been informed that this Groupon is no longer valid. Please allow up to 5 working days for the payment to clear back to your account…

So far, I have not received my £20 refound from Groupon, and the people from the body-slimmer have not answered my e-mail about the refund of the P&P that was paid directly to them. I have checked the body-slimmer web page and they still have the Groupon advertisement on the page!!!! And in the ‘contact us’ link they have this message:

    ‘Dear Customers,
For those who have not yet received there items or are yet to redeem there vouchers, please contact Groupon for any queries. There has been some changes in arrangements made.
    Sorry for any inconveniencies caused.
    Thanks
    The Body Slimmer Team’

I had a similar experience. I got a refund after I lodged a dispute via my credit card.
