Give us a clue!
What are you looking for?
Personally i like Barcelona which has culture, shopping, sport, night life, beach and much much more.
If your looking for romance maybe paris or bruge0 -
I second Haddock's request for a clue

Is weather important?
Do you like museums?
Is dining out important?
Budget?
I'd also second Haddock's Barcelona recommendation, it really does have everything however I don't know about going in Jan. Personally I'd look to Budapest or Prague for some 'snuggling up in the warm after a long day's walk around admiring architecture in the cold' type activities.
Depends what you're looking for.0 -
Prague and Budapest are great, but much better in May than January in my opinion. If you would prefer somewhere milder - Valetta, Funchal or Lisbon. If you want museums and liveliness and don't mind the cold - Berlin.0

Kiev, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Sebastian, Bordeaux, Pau.
or for inspiration look at your preferred local airports' websites.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Just come back from Salzburg which will be cold but it was stunning, but as others have said it'd be nice if you could give a bit of an idea about what you do and don't want in a trip.OU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0

I second Kiev: a little chilly, but unforgettable. Make sure you wear something orange from the moment you arrive, and the local people will be sure to notice you.0

thanks for the replies so far we are more sightseeing people who like walking and looking at the sights the city has to offer then a nice rstaurant in the evening weather not important hope that helps a little0

I second apt with Berlin, Was there yesterday with a side trip to Dresden (I'm there now) only two and a half hours on a coach (from 9 euro each way).
But you'll need your thermals then.0 -
Granada, Jerez, Toledo or Lecce.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
