I recommend https://www.shorefield.co.uk and anything by https://www.hoseasons.co.uk
Many a happy family holiday has been taken! However, I do note how prices shoot up when the school holidays arrive.OU Student! - ED209, SDK125, DSE212, SK124, DSE141, SD226, DXR222, DD303, DD307 = BSc Psychology0 -
You cant go wrong anywhere on the north cornwall coast for familys. I would buy a new tent and camp. Cheap family tents are very easy to find now. You should still come in well under 800.0

Just to carry on what saxy1 has said about Cofton. We have been there camping a couple of times now. It really is a stunning place, also to mention the shower/toilet blocks - that is my biggest worry when camping, (take my parazone wipes & marigolds, yes I am serious!) but they really are clean! The park itself is clean also, both times we have been there it has been pretty much families & couples. We will be visiting hopefully May bank holiday also.
I am in the future you know...

South Devon is not looking such an attractive option now: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/devon/6283965.stm
The beaches are about to be laced with 200 tonnes of battery acids and perfumes.
If 'god forbid' this does happen, the tourist industry in the area will need all the help it can get. Dont rule it out yet.0 -

This is on the North Devon coast just like the rest of the SW lots to see and do nearby.0 -
We've been to Pendra Loweth before, near Falmouth. It's in a lovely setting, not too far from the beach (a couple of miles). To rent a cottage there in August, 2 doubles and one twin, costs 770 pounds.... The cottages are excellent, all mod cons (including TV and DVD player if weather is naff), downstairs loo, fab kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher etc).
There website is https://www.pendra.co.uk. And they do take dogs, we will be going in June this year with our two....
There is a clubhouse with bar and restaurant, and indoor pool, gym etc, although, it's not far from Falmouth and they have an excellent indoor pool there with watershoots etc..... Fab area with fab beaches.....
Mawgan Porth is nice too, that's on the north coast, we've been there a few times, great beaches, can recommend Perranporth and Crantock Bay....
Good luck on finding somewhere
Hope this helps

Can't recommend a cornwall holiday place to stay sorry - but can recommend the Eden Project for a day out - its brilliant, and if you walk or cycle you get a discount. Don't go to Land's End though - its awfully commercial now, I'd recommend Lizard Point - we had a wonderful day out walking down the cliff path and climbing on the rocks - and they have a wonderful cheap cafe hut that takes dogs too!0
