hi- does anyone know how i can withdraw my money from my instant access cash ISA with Santander? i have looked everywhere on the website whilst signed in, and also sent a secure message yesterday with no reply as yet. i believe the phone line is shut now until tomorrow when i am on a course so cant ring then either. if i click on money transfers or direct debits or any option like that it says i dont have the correct account for this option, which is fine, but i am supposed to be able to access the money whenever i like!! can anyone help??

Branch or telephone. It can be done online but only if you have already linked the account to a nominated account.
Visit a branch with a statement/ ID they will give you up to £500.0 -

This assumes you really want the cash, if it's putting money into another ISA you'd be best off transferring it using a transfer form from your new ISA provider. Remember once you've withdrawn the money you've lost your ISA allowance on what you have taken out.0
