OK, I made three orders and i phoned up twice and was successful with getting two of my free gifts and sister phoned up one and she wasn't successful and getting the free gift :mad:. Body shop seriously need to make a specific rule, you either get the product or not. Cant believe people are saying yes you can have the free gift to one customer, then no you cant get the free gift to another customer!!! Make your minds up bodyshop :eek:

If they're going to tell you the free item was out of stock, they should at least have the common sense to put this on the website! The Vitamin C Skin Reviver is still showing in stock!

Phone them up. They are sending 2 free gifts (i made three orders) but i need to ring about my last order to get my free gift.

I was missing my free gift. I called to say I wasn't happy with just receiving a 35% code and was told I would be sent it next week with no fuss made. Suggest all those missing the free gift do the same.

I rang up three times (i rang up twice my sister rang up one) and when i rang twice both the ladies said they will send the free gift and the person my sister was on the phone to said my sister isn't allowed the free gift :S

Thanks, I rang them, as I also realised that the dispatch email they send was also missing items.

They'll be sending the items in a sepparate parcel.

I keep getting the same lady that refused to give my sister the free gift so i put the phone down as soon as i hear her name LMAO, waiting for another lady to pick up the phone, so annoying lol!!
