I placed a couple of orders on different emails and both orders were missing a couple of things which I told them about and they sent the items out (I rec'd them today). I also got the 35% off email on both accounts, nice gesture but as you said it is too much of a temptation to buy more stuff! x

I made 3 orders on 3 different emails and didn't receive the free gifts and on one of my orders i only received half of my order (instead of getting 8 creams i only received 4) and check my online banking and they have took out the full amount for the 8 products instead of 4. If i phone them will they send the other 4 creams i was suppose to receive that i got charged full price for instead of only charging me for 4 of the creams??

Phone them (I personally would only phone about one email address at a time) and they should send the missing items to you as this has happened to me loads of times in the past and they have been very apologetic and send the items no problem at all x

Do you reckon they will be sending out the free gifts with each of my orders or should i not asked about the free gift?

I was missing a free gift on both of my orders and even in the past I have always called them and asked them to send the free gift if it is in stock and if not they have refunded me the amount of the free gift, otherwise your order is not the bargain you thought it was x

Thank you very much!! Will phone them tomorrow and I'm hoping they refund me since i didn't really need the skin reviver which would make my order £7 for 8 creams which is the reason for my order. :eek::T

By the way Im thinking about returning something to the bodyshop store, do I need to take the confirmation email and the letter you get once your parcel comes to be able to get a refund for the items i want to give back??

Mine arrived incomplete too!!! Phoned up, no apology, but they are sending out the missing 2 items. I gave them the 4 digit packing number which had been written rather than stamped. Weird!!!
