I made three orders and i have no reiceved my free gift (skin reviver) in either of the parcels. What number do i call to talk to customer service to resolve the problem?

I didn't receive the face oil or hemp hand cream in my two parcels so I called cs and they are sending some out, no problem at all x

My 3 handcreams were out of stock - but still got sent the 3 handwashes - so how much do I get charged does anyone know? The in Ouse had no prices on it :-( xx
