I'm really excited (can you tell I'm a first time seller!?!?). I know that just because some one is coming around so quickly, doesn't mean we have an instant sale, but it does fill me with some optimism. The photos on the website do look great - you can tell that the Estate Agent is over 6ft as the photos are from really high up!!!
Anyway, just wanted to share as I'm quite chuffed.

Ours went up Wednesday. First viewers were last night at 7pm. Due to the winds and the m62 being closed it took me 3hrs to get home from work instead of 35mins. I arrived 5 mins before the viewers to find the front and boundary fences had collapsed.....!!!!!!.....0

Ah, right, so this is total strangers most likely hundreds of miles away, as compared to the fact that pictures of the inside of your house are posted on the website of a local EA to you, where total strangers in your local area can see them.

No, he's not that daft, it is just in other posts/threads I've shared personal stuff about myself and he just feels weird about it. He isn't comfotable that's all - don't think there is anything weird about it. If I was new to the website and hadn't posted much before then it would be different.0 -

The girl came around again today to view the house. Apparantly she is really excited about the place. No news yet though about whether she plans to make a move, would be so amazing if she does...0
