i tried to get an appointed today!!! in the end i phoned the lea who phoned the school, then the school phoned me back in 3 minutes, are they having a laugh or what????

hi all saw the head, very worried that i phoned the lea???
gave her the letter for the chair of governors and told her that i am sending a copy to lea too,
does anyone know what will happen now???

sorry, can't help with any advice as to what will happen next.

But you could phone the LEA to see if they received the copy letter, and ask them how quickly the governers ought to respond.

What did the head actually say about this woman's behaviour and how she will deal with that?

Ask to see a copy of the school's complaints procedure, every school has a procedure which needs to be followed to the letter. When I made a written complaint about a teacher, the head teacher phoned me the same day and a meeting was organised for the following day ( head, teacher in question and myself).

the head said she is looking into it, and will give the letter to the chair of governors, i have asked my son if she has stopped and he said she has stopped shouting at him but is now shouting at his friends,

hi all the dinner lady in question has been given notice, she will leave mid feb,but then found out ALL dinner ladies were sacked.
although she shouted at mt son again on thursday!!
