Private land parking tickets

today i have been issued with a parking ticket on robin park retail park. i am a blue badge holder which due to the bad weather had blown off the dash board as i opened the door.
less than 10 mins later i had been issued with a ticket.
does anyone know if this legal? and shall i pay?
if i dont pay what will happen?

You can talk about your 'robust' version of the well-known fake PCN scam as much as you like but we know what sort of person you are and what your priorities are - and we know that academia (look it up...) is clearly not your strong point, maybe that's why you couldn't get a proper job and your girls couldn't get into a posh school with scholarships like your horsey mate Simon Renshaw-Smith's three girls.
