Hi was wondering if anyone had heard of consortium reclaim and if this was worth doing to get the credit card debt deemed unenforceable and the debt written off. Can anyone help me ???

Yep, totally legit and not scammers at all.
What you'll find is not only will you get paid a vast amount of compensation by those nasty horrible credit card companies (how dare they lend you money, what nasty people!) but you'll also get a complimentary bottle of wine, bunch of flowers, box of chocolates and a canvas print photo of your choice.
All completely above board, you should pay them the upfront fee straight away, it's great value for money and the best financial decision you ever made.

    I love these posts
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I won't report this as spam because that would remove the thread with all the warnings in the responses.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Unfortunately someone why is not astute enough to identify a dodgy claim company is unlikely to be astute enough to to identify your carcasm either, and may take you "advice" at face value.

Is a 'carcasm' a spectacular car crash? ;)

Hate to disagree but they really are scammers.

I got a cheap "own label" bottle of wine, a bunch of white lilies (funeral flowers !!!!!!), a Mars bar in a box, and a photo of a canvas print photo.

I paid them £499 and as my credit card balance was zero, thats all they managed to re-claim.

Is there a company that I could use to chase these shysters for my money back, Im willing to pay upto £498 upfront.

Glad to see it's not just me who thinks the OP is a spammer

Its not like anyone replied with a positive comment anyway is it, so its not likely to gain any business for the spammers, quite the opposite. Might as well leave it there.

Can be hard to spot. While I'm at it, does anyone want any genuine GHDs at a great price, or lists of magnetic swipe date+CVVs? I can do a top price.

Yes. Some of these spammers are getting very crafty and their hidden messages are scattered all over the SHOP. And AT best, you'd call them reprobaTES. COn men, all of them.
