i'll call the council tomorrow, cos they were supposed to put a hold on the bailiffs, and the CA lady called about 11.30am, the letter was delivered asbout 2.45pm.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500

keep this notice of distress very safe it should only be used to levy goods what the bailiff should have left was a letter to say he had attended to levyI am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites
