cpw/o2 4th bill confused

Wonder if any one can help. I took out a contract with CPW shop on O2 on Sept 21 2006, I used a pac code so my tarrif did not start till 2 or 3rd Oct. Toward end of October I had my first bill combined 2 bills togather. Was not sure if this is 1 one or 2.
In November I had 2nd physical Bill, which on the bill it says bill 2. I contacted CPW and they said send the actual 4th bill in January. But toward end of December I had a 3rd Physical bill but on the bill it states Bill 4. So I emailed CPW and also phoned, was told this is my 4th Bill and send this one.
So I sent copy of this bill recorded deliver on 5th January 2007. I phoned 3 times this week they say bill has not arrived, so yesterday I posted it again speical delivery.
When I got home my next bill arrived and this also states Bill 4 on the bill. Now confused, do I send this bill just to make sure? or do I wait and see what CPW say.

i'd be inclined to send 4th anyway. You've got only the special delivery cost to loose if they reject the other claim. Although I'd suspect your 4th physical bill is what they really want.. its better to be safe than sorry. Luckly cpw give you a 60 day window to claim in..
Also I'd suggest sending emails so you have written proof of what they tell you.. although this does delay by a week you have it in writing so you can always use it if they deny saying anything in future.ummm...0 -
cpw follows the month of purchase .Please check the invoice date when you recevd your phone.You can also ring the 02890576597 direct line to cpw cash back helpline.they no longer follow the airtime bill number.0
