Hi,
Just been reading the "ebay account suspended for no reason thread" and noticed it mentioned about multiple paypal accounts not allowed.
I have a business paypal accouunt which is listed to a personal ebay and a business ebay account. This it would seem is ok
I have just opened a second ebay account which I intend to be another business account and opened a new paypal account, which I immediately upgraded to Premier to lift limits etc.
The limits could not be lifted immediately and I needed to send ID in. Sent my driving licence and business premises utility bill in and then rang paypal. They said all was ok, just needed to verify the 2 deposits in the account and hey presto, limits lifted everything ok etc. I specifically asked the lady whether it was ok for me to have the other paypal account and she said it was no problem, lots of people have 2 accounts.
Just read the other thread and it says you can only have one personla and either a premier or a business.
Who is right?
Haven't sold anything on the new business account yet so would sooner get things sorted asap to stop my main business account being restricted.
Tried to downgrade the premier but the only option is to close the account

Thanks for that.
Just spoke to "louise" and it may seem I have a lifeline
You :
How do I downgrade my account?
Louise - PayPal :
Okay. Downgrading your account may make it more difficult to accept credit card payments. Would you still like to downgrade?
- Yes
- No
You :
Yes
Louise - PayPal :
Okay, if you are sure you'd like to downgrade, then you'll need to contact PayPal Customer Service by phone. A customer service agent will gladly help you downgrade your account.
Was the information I gave you helpful?
-Yes
- No
I'll give them a call in the morning then I'll be back to one personal and one business0 -
You could always change the other one to a micro account as you are allowed that as well as one business/premier account.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
