Trying to send a Fax to Ryanair regarding compensation.
I am in Glasgow and have tried various codes to go along with the number on the expenses claim form. Last numbered I dialled was 0035318121663. What am I doing wrong???

Did you pay an optional fax surcharge with your booking?0

I put the number in on timeanddate.com and it looks like you've got the number right (assuming the last 7 digits are correct). Here's the explanation:
Number Comments
00 00 is the international prefix used to dial somewhere
outside of United Kingdom.
353 353 is the international code used to dial to Ireland.
1 is the local area or city code used to dial to Dublin. (Not
added because the number
entered already seems to include an area code.)
8121663 8121663 is the local number you wrote.
I would ring head office and ask for help. I have found them to be very helpful in the past.
See saynoto0870 for head office numbers:

Send it Royal Mail signed for. Its about £6 odds or you can send it ordinary 1st class for 68p. Either way they will ignore it anyway. So take photocopies of everything .
I'm on my 2nd attempt at getting legitimate and reasonable expenses recompensed for cancellation back in May.
Before the introduction of the £2 EU levy Id have put it down to pitfall of booking budget airline- Self insure and all that. But as they are charging a levy specifically for this, I am going to pursue this to the end.0 -

I am also trying to claim costs from a cancellation in May. I was invited to submit receipts to cover the cost of expense. Sent them Registered letter 1st of July and it was delivered on 5th July. Not heard anything since. Like you, the introduction of the levy has made me more determined to see this through.
I would imagine that it will be one person dealing with these claims when there is no other work to be done.
Hate to criticise Ryanair as this year alone my wife and I have had holidays to Marseille, Rhodes and Toulon - 4 weeks in total for under £200 in flight costs.0
